The 10 Day Optimal Cleanse

Oh it’s true. I’m drinking the kool-aid. Well, I’m drinking a couple of Cleanse shakes a day for 10 days. Because I have absolutely no will power, I thought it would be humorous to document my journey (and if I am writing about it, I have to actually do it!). The goal? To detoxify, increase energy and focus, have better hair and skin condition, and flatten out my tummy in time for bikini season. Unlike a lot of cleanses, this one includes food. You eat 5-6 times a day including rice based shakes. Three of the ten days are shake based only. Those are the days that concern me. #ilovetoeat

And so it begins. So far, this first shake isn’t terrible. And I get my first meal in 2 hours. Once I make it through, I’ll give you all the details on how you can join in on the fun. Let’s do this!

    You can do it! Stay focused and when you’re hungry at night, just go to bed. Worked for me! ;-)
