Laudrée is celebrating it’s 150 anniversary and to commemorate this blessed event, they have designed a limited-edition box for each month of the year. This month, they have collaborated with Paris-based Japanese designer Tsumori Chisato. The box is filled with scrumptious pink macaroons, filled with a cherry ganache—paying homage to cherry blossom season. They are available beginning today in stores world-wide, including their newest salon on Manhattan’s Upper East Side. I’ve never been happier to see March 1st! And in case you’ve been living under a way less fabulous box, Laudrée is a famous French patisserie that has become infamous for their macaroon.
