It is sad so few people even think to acknowledge a gift, much less send thanks. I love stationary of all kinds and usually self publish my own... but the fun part of Snail Mail is buying fun stamps and using a special stamp for the person receiving the card... with postage changing every other day... you get to uses several stamps! I am lucky, my daughter-in-law is one of the other rare people left on this planet that sends Snail Mail notes... Good Girl. I agree with the opening idea expressed.
